This Biedermeier cabinet, influenced by a number of historic pieces, was custom made to house modern amenities. The flat screen TV mounts inside the fall front lid which has a leather writing surface on the inside. The drawer directly below the fall front hinges to open downward. The top drawer above the fall front lid hinges to lift and open up. The bottom three drawer are actual working drawers. The cabinet surface displays ebonized columns and feet along with gilded moldings. Figured French walnut veneer book matched across the face and sides of the cabinet accentuates the form.
