Portsmouth bow front sideboard in mahogany, floral-and-fan-inlaid, replicated from an original made in Massachusetts circa 1780-1800.
The doors and drawers have curly maple banding which highlights the dark and light fan quadrants. However, the star and floral inlay on the legs and stiles along with the cross-banded edge of the top border add to the beauty of this piece. The materials used-mahogany, figured mahogany veneer, tiger maple, ebony, holly.
