For Sale. Seymour mirror dressing chest. You may recognize this piece from the front cover of the Seymour book. The case and drawers are mahogany. The drawer fronts are veneered in highly figured birdseye maple with a tiger mahogany banding seperated by an ebony and holly string inlay. Each drawer has a lock with an inset escutcheon. The hardware is lions head pulls from England. The mirror frame is gilded and has a tiger maple and dart banding identical to the case top edge. The front legs are inlaid with birdseye maple as well. The mirror is lightly antiqued.
